Financial literacy is the backbone of all projects to ensure sustainability.HAC is employing a holistic approach which envolves capaciting the program participants and instil sense of ownership among them.Financial literacy training was aimed to increase knowledge on incomes and savings.This course was targeting women so that they make decision at household level in the use of income obtained from the projects.

In all our programmes, capacity building and trainings are core to ensure we eliminate the dependency syndrome among the participants.HAC believes the program participants or people assisted can solve their own problems better if they are trained and capacitated.

Social cohesion training build sense of oneness in the group.Its also helps in stress , conflict and psychosocial problem management in the group.HAC devised  training modules to be used by program participants during the program implementation.
